Imagine getting in a scrap defending the reputation of Everton Football Club.

I remember when i was teenager going away games with my dad in the mid 80s, it was like the away support was one massive mob + me and my dad, we used to go on the coaches, Amberline I think, but he wouldnt use the trains. The ony time we ever went on a train was to Wigan for that pre season game when we signed Lineker and we ended up hiding in a cake shop by the station as it was kicking off outside, and that was a pre season game!

I went to the 84 semi against Southampton at Highbury, with a big gang of dads and lads.

All the dads got filled in by Arsenal fans.

It was quiet frightening tbh.
