There was a fire a a Russian bio lab in Alaska last week one of only two places on earth that has live smallpox .
God help us if something got out of the likes of that.
Its not scare mongering about these outbreaks, its happened before Spanish flu, (bird flu type) killed more people than the first world war.

think there was an international treaty first signed in the sixties, that the counties have to declare what the have on hand of that type of stuff like this , don't really think they know what each other is doing with it.
