Dreadful news RIP.

Our neighbours' 17 year old granddaughter was killed in a horse riding accident last Thursday in Killarney.

8 years ago they lost a toddler under 2 years old in a tragic farm accident.

These sudden tragedies should wake us all up to realise what is important in life.

For a start I need to try and communicate with a friend of mine for nearly 40 years who took umbrage with me two years ago and is not in touch anymore.

We need to move on and make the most of the good in people we know today, not leaving things on the long finger and then finding it's too late.

Horrifying. RIP to him and his brother.

Worth remembering that driving can be deadly. Not sure anything could have been done here but it’s worth remembering to check your tires, don’t drive while tired etc. We tune out these messages because we’re human and we think it won’t happen to us. It can.

Not judging what actually happened but rich young men in Lambos is a always a potential recipe for disaster
To be fair he could have been doing everything right....

Was only the other day I saw a BMW on the inside lane, doing the limit blow a tyre which took the front bumper off....

Blowouts on the motorway at legal speed are still very dangerous

Really shocking to open BBC and see this headline, 28 is far too young, RIP to him and his Brother
