Earlier in the season my season ticket (iPhone) was updating happily. When the ticket format changed prior to the Spurs game, it wouldn’t. I followed up on this with EFC fan services who ultimately told me it was a ‘geographic issue’ affecting fans in various parts of the country. It certainly affected others here on the IOM. Weirdly, a friend of mine has the same problem with his adult ticket (I’m an over 65), but it’s not affecting the two junior STs he holds on the same phone.
EFC sent me more than one new link to download the ticket for Fulham, none of which worked. The geographic aspect was seemingly confirmed, as when I arrived at Liverpool airport ahead of the Fulham match, sure enough the latest new link worked - voila, Fulham ticket. Fan services told me that the ticket would thus now automatically update for each game thereafter. It doesn’t. Haven’t got Newcastle. The ‘switch automatic updates off and on again’ trick doesn’t work either. I’m expecting/hoping for a repetition of my previous experience in that it will update when I arrive at Liverpool airport on Saturday morning. It’s bloody odd, and bloody frustrating.

try and re download them via the everton app?
I've just gone in to my husbands Everton app and tried to add it to my Apple wallet and it's says it cannot be added

ring the box office if doesn’t work from the original email i had to do this a couple months back
Thank you so much - I was about to ring them this morning and thought I'd check one last time and now all three tickets are showing!

I couldn’t go to the Arsenal game so transferred my season ticket to a friend. Just checked my bank statement today and noticed a £20 payment to EFC ticketing on the date I transferred it. What’s going on?? Do they charge us to transfer a season ticket for one game?? Wtf!

Anyone else’s season tickets disappeared from their wallet?
I have 3 and now only 1 showing! The other two have disappeared.
At Arsenal only 2 tickets eventually showed up before the game luckily my daughter wasn’t with us that day. I didn’t contact the club as thought it may have just been a glitch.
Is anyone having this issue?

Mine is on but dated 11 June. Maybe the 39th game is being trialled then?
