Did Moise Kean mean to pass or shoot?

Did Moise Kean mean to pass to Walcott or shoot himself?

Looking at it closely, and noticing the way he has the inside of his foot facing the goal when he attempts the kick, I'm very confident it was a mishit shot.

I said it was a shot at first but at another angle it looks like a clever pass but at another look I think he's tried to side foot it into the bottom right corner but he's timed it wrong and it's luckily gone to Walcott.

At first i thought it was a crap shot but the more i look at it the more i think it may have actually been a genuine pass. When the move first starts, he is definitely aware of Walcott bombing it up on his right hand side and so when the ball comes to him and the defender challenging him, he seems to skilfully dink it across to him. Gets the benefit of the doubt for me on this one even if he did just slice it. lol
He sliced it to get the weight of the pass just right -genius .

If you can't swear on here that is out of order .

I thought it was a shot at first, but this angle (9:37) definitely looks like he cushions it to the right
