Google some helplines in line which is causing your depression, I found group therapy poo, not everyone's the same - a good comforting chat even on the telephone can open doors to real help ....I've been on Sertraline, it didn't help, the GP's is difficult to get to these days !!
The GOT is a great outlet to lift your spirit, pills hep but are not a cure .....
Everyone is different & are depressed for various reasons so try & stay positive ....try to plan your day with walks etc set targets for yourself ....
A helpline can guide you through challenging stage of your life .....
