We just got caught up and over taken by Villa and the rest.

It was on the horizon ever since the board rode on Moyes' coat tails and asked him to perform miracles. Last year was the teams peak....

Did we capitalise on it? Did we balls, we flogged one of our best defenders and picked up a few last minute buys knowing full well 2 influencial players were long term injuries.

No one did anything and expected the same forgetting that Spurs and Citeh spent shed loads.

It needs to change. Anything getting in the way of that is back room politics that are hurting the club and what Moyes has built.

It most definitely does. Early days yet after the bombshell hit the hierarchy that their get rich quick scheme wasn't going ahead. I wouldn't mind betting we'll see the first of many 'takeover' stories before Christmas. One thing's for sure, Kenwright's train has run out of track and hit the buffers.
