If you could rewire his brain he could be really great but as it is he doesn't make good decisions enough or see space well. He'll get you some goals and whip in a whole bunch of balls but it is going to be inconsistent and when he's bad he'll be really, really bad. For what we paid it is fine, I'd like to see someone more consistent and dependable in the team instead.

Looked really sharp tonight - as part of a wide forward mix, he is very important.

His set pieces have also looked really dangerous.

I know Iwobi is currently pulling all the strings in the middle, but Gray has been the only one to deliver in the final third so far. He did that again against Fleetwood and, as has been mentioned, his set pieces are getting better and better.

Can be infuriating / blow hot and cold etc but you realy cant complain based on his 1.5 million fee. Bargain !

I don't rate him at all, but he'd have some value to us if he could get 10-15 goals this season.

He needs a run in the team, not one bad game and he is dropped like we have seen in his career so far. Our only forward with real star quality just needs trusting.
Richarlison could go 5 games stinking the gaff out and not get dropped, need to show the same patience with Demari.

Said that last season too. By July everyone wanted him shifted.
I think he is unpredictable, and in consistent. But worth keeping if we have have other players around him so he is not a exactly an automatic starter. With 5 subs, the value of these game changing players increases.

There’s a real player in there. Technically, he’s got it. I hope whatever switch Lampard found in the back of Iwobi’s head he can find in Gray’s.

I'd say second best player of the season. Iwobi has been the best player for me but gray comes a close second. He started like this last season iirc let's hope he doesn't tail off again and keeps up this level of performance.

He's very similar to Gordon. Pacey, tricky, erratic, young, needs to score more.
If we sell Gordon for 60m, that's 40x the price we paid for Gray!!
