Seems the common theme with Gray is that he's a talented, athletic lad but very raw/inconsistent. Actually sounds like Lookman in some ways.

Sounds like the kid needs to be coached in a certain way. Remains to be seen if that can happen at Everton like, but at £1.5m it's not a terrible punt at all really.
