How is it? Anyone can go on a course. They aren't even that expensive. JJ Bull from the Tifo podcasts took all the national level badges to improve his analysis and they cost about £150 each.

Of course it should. How are you going to command respect from people who've played and worked in the game for years if you have 0 experience of how it feels to work in an environment and what their concerns, motivations etc are likely to be?

I am cautiously optimistic that we/he will get a tune out of Dele.
