Said this a while ago, he can score and also be a creator to link the wingers, we need to stop playing with DCL who is doing neither, and richy has missed sitters now in a few games and cost us crucial points, leave him on the wing were he is much more effective
Alli is decent in the air too, a threat at corners and free kicks. With DCL injured/head turned then we have no strikers worth a carrot so may as well play the most attack minded midfielder we have up front.
Richy has proven he isn't a Premier League striker but a top notch goal scoring winger so put him back out on the wing. Get Alli in the centre of the park, holding the ball up and feeding Richy and Gordon so he they can get in the box with him arriving late to take any cut backs and strike at goal.
