Just reading this thread, it doesn’t appear people have watched him much in the last few years. He’s had fewer good games than Gbamin has had appearances.

Just trying some positivity for once mate.

He's a player that Lampard seems to like and Alli himself seemed quick to accept terms. The deal itself also seems to be a very reasonable one.

Never been a lover of him to be honest. No doubt there's a talent there but his attitudes not right a lot of the time. Watched The United Way narrated by Cantona and someone on it said Alex Ferguson always brought players in with the right attitude. There may have been technically better players available but it was all about temperament.
