Am I the only one who sees the likeness between Dele and Depp?

Come on Dele, it’s much better to turn up to your place of work and be completely professional at all times like this mess. If you leave your rolls Royce at home you can catch the train and get a couple of swift bottles in like Big Al.

High IQ too. Used to get slagged by his teammates for preferring to do crosswords than play cards on away trips.
I just read his book actually and he played his fair share of cards but not the drinking!

His parents insisted he finished his studies before joining West Ham, refusing brown envelopes from Chelsea and Spurs.

Hoddle was an exciting player too for sure but Brooking was a very classy guy.

Met Brooking once when I was a school kid - it was some sports award event. I ended up sitting beside him and he just made small talk the whole time, an absolute gent. I wish I had known better then who he was. An absolute class act.

Hoddle had great skill no doubt. But I was shocked by his remarks about people with disabilities which led to his removal as England manager. Absolutely horrendous.

Brooking always struck me as an intelligent, calm and interesting person. What is he up to these days? Must do a Google...... Director of Football Development in England.

He was an amazing player. Most impressive away player I ever saw at Goodison. Sadly he is a deranged and nasty bloke who will slag off a young man for no other reason than he is doing what Hoddle no longer can

You would think his recent brush with death would have given him a bit more humility but it appears not. Still he gets paid by broadcasters to speak his mind and he can tenuously link that to the game - this is despite some questionable opinions and practices in the past.
