Decent Looking Players Who Disappeared.

Think some of them would give you an argument,new supercar every year,£100,000+ watches to buy,then there's the weekends in Monte Carlo all with the hangers on to fund too. It's an unreal world.
Oh I know a lot (or most of them. or all of them) go down that route. However, it's not mandatory by any stretch. It's a tired old excuse for being a greedy [Poor language removed] as far as I'm concerned.

It was common to hear in the 70s and 80s when it was actually valid as even top players didn't earn enough to last their whole life (even more so if you go further back).

The fact that players on 150 grand a week are still trotting it out these days is one of the things that makes me hate modern football (society, the world).

Long gone are the days when successful ex footballers all became pub landlords.

We had in Croatia self touted "next Messi" (Alen Halilovic), he and his family were arrogant to the bone. He gone to Barca as super talent, then promptly disappeared after few years.

July had a look to see where he is now and was at Reading and Birmingham not long ago!!!
