Jailed!!! Please delete if this has already been posted, but HAHAHAHA Can't stand him.

Former Liverpool striker Dean Saunders has been jailed for failing to comply with a roadside breath test.
Saunders, who also played for Aston Villa and Derby County and was capped by Wales 75 times, is a regular football TV pundit.
The 55-year-old was stopped on suspicion of drink driving by police in Boughton, Chester, on 10 May.

He pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a roadside breath test and failing to provide a breath sample for analysis by letter on Tuesday.
Saunders was sentenced to 10 weeks' imprisonment at Chester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

Saunders, of Whitegate, near Northwich in Cheshire, had initially denied both charges at an earlier hearing.
He was also banned from driving for 30 months.

He only had 2 pints apparently but could hardly stand due to the medication he took? By refusing a breath test is the same as drink driving with either 2-10 pints in your system as we'll never know. The book should be thrown at him, but he will probably win his appeal and get community service.

I`d be surprised if he does appeal, as he would be playing a very dangerous game.

The judge was scathing of him in his summing up and if he took it to appeal and lost, he`d be slammed with more time for bringing a " vexatious appeal " before teh court.

The BBC referred to him as a "former Derby and Villa striker".
Hopefully he gets put in a cell with some Purple Aki type.

They referred to him that way half-way through, but to be fair the very first words in the article are 'Ex-Liverpool striker Dean Saunders...'
