When they approach and give it the old "Got any spare change mate?" just respond with something like..

"But my garden wall is much shorter at the front" shrug your shoulders and wander off.

Had no problem buying the Big Issue off natives of our province,y ou would get a bit of craic off them, but now the East European influx means you never see a native Big Issue seller, I can't be bothered. They think because they have a mag you should buy one.

On a side issue, there is a female East European who sits on a milk crate in our main street every day, except Sun as the shops are shut, she gets left at the bottom of the street each day , and collected, by a guy driving a BMW, what is that all about. The locals avoid her like the plague but blow in shoppers are always suckers.

One can only imagine what sordid deeds she is forced into of an evening if she has the face to sit and beg for every daylight hour 6 days a week.

In my defence she didn't threaten to kill me, and have me killed. also to shank me. And abused me for being polish even though I'm english on the grounds that I was white (which was surely a racist presumption). I had enough grounds to be angry enough to stamp on her head.
