send him out on loan to a prem side and then re-address in the summer. No offence like, but he's still young, we spent a lot on him and allardyce isn't a long term answer. Klaassen may be. I know he was a koeman signing, but ajax and netherlands captain with goals from midfield. Rooney is the only other player in our squad that provides that. His value is at an all time low atm, we should definitely be offering him around for a loan to a prem club for the rest of the season and see how he copes with the league.

3 games is not enough to base him on.

He's weak physically. Slow. And can't keep hold of the ball.

That's why 19 year old academy players play over him.

And I'd rather they did than hope a senior signing "improves"

What I've never been able to understand with him & Sandro, is why not throw them into every u23's games? Surely that way they get a chance to improve their confidence, whilst staying match fit

Neither have had 1 minute for u23's. don't get it

I agree. But there could be reasons why they don't (injury threat, refusal etc).

And Unsworth would have a say about it too who happily binned them off from the senior side

I remember watching him in his first game against Genk in pre-season and thinking he looked like a fan who had won a competition to play with the first team for 45 minutes.

Sadly, he is a very limited footballer. I hope for his sake he gets a swift return to Ajax because I suspect this current chapter of his career is having a near fatal impact on his own self-belief.

He needs to sit in front of the tv and watch his performances over and over again and compare himself with Siggy and understand what he’s lacking if he ever want to fight for his place.

He seems not understand the fundamental traits of premiere league midfielder at all.

The quotes suggest he's not seeing anything from him in training on a daily basis though, mate.

Obviously we don't see what goes on so it could be a case of Allardyce harshly binning him off, but for the mean time I'm taking the man at his word.

Well Morgan must be running 20 miles a day in training to get picked... explains why he's knackered on match day and does eff all

There’s no denying that Schneiderlin has been shocking this season, but he plays a role that Klassen simply can’t so can’t really compare the two.
