agree with this. He got the 1st half badly wrong yesterday but apart from that there have been some positive signs. Deserves a few more games before he's completely written off.

Our back four is busted and we sold our striker who carved out all of our goals last season, that,s got relegation scrap written all over it for most managers. We either have to fight our way out of it now big time ugly to stay up or we better start spending massive money on a top rated manager now and the players he will want in Jan.

Our squad is too big.

Its that big why are we are short of a top striker and cover at left back - Any opposition manager now like yesterday looks at our full backs particularly Baines and when I seen they had given Gray his first prem start alongside the speed of vardy etc who are lighting fast v a 33 year olds my heart sank, and this is what other teams will do - also they will play the ball on the ground past our aging centre halfs - it looks also koeman played keen with that injured foot which is now infected no wonder he has been poor the last few games - our squad is big - not the right players and not played in the right order as we have abundances in the same area no 10s, and defensive midfielders - I am sure it will come good in time, you have to live in hope as we are all Evertonians!

A manager with zero experience might just come in and learn on the job where the team and club are already successful and the main task is to keep everything more or less the same.

It is a huge task for any manager to come in and solve the problems we have never mind a manager who has never managed at all at this level before.

I think we will see a new face in before our next league game.

Maybe we could go through a process of having 28 more caretaker managers throughout the season, or even a we could have a winner stays on process, that way no one has to fume about a manager not being up to it after just 6 days in charge as he will already be on his way.
We could do twitter competitions, raffles all sorts to determine who is the manager on each occasion,

I just hope he picks a positive team against Watford and sticks with it. For me Mirallas, Vlasic, Lookman, Sigurdsson, Davies and possibly even Sandro need to be involved.

Great idea, i think the majority of posters on here and blues on twitter will really like this idea, it sounds exactly what a well run, well structured club would do
