What appraising did Barton actually do in relation to his ability to manage a side?

Called him an immobile LB- Irrelevant. Lots of poor players make good managers. How many quality managers were fantastic players?
Called him a PE Teacher- why? Because he's the U23s manager?
Made a reference to his weight- again irrelevant. Allardyce, who by the way he thinks we should go after, is also over weight. It has absolutely nothing to do with the ability to manage.
He will relegate us- sensationalist speculation. He's had the job 6 days. If Koeman had been in charge today, would we have won?
