David Unsworth - Temporary Manager

We were counter attacked when we had the 2 wingers on?

When he took the wingers off, we took control of the game, just didn't have enough about us

Thats what Leicester are all about though, its not a suprise. He gambled on our slow, ageing, void of confidence defenders dealing with Mahrez, Vardy and Gray on a counter.

That alone is a terrible managerial decision.

EFC dominated the second half but there was no winger to feed the two centre-forwards. The ball kept going out to Kenny who was unable to produce anything. Lookman should have come on to attack Fuchs who is their big weak spot.

No quality up-front either. Niasse is willing and is physical but lacks the talent. There was a lovely ball from Rooney which he screwed up big time and you never what he's going to do. Calvert-lewin was fed scraps but did not threaten to score ever.

Yes I agree but the previous post I was replying to was stating the reason we were done on the counter was because the wingers went off at half time but that wasn't the case

Well you are supposed to be supporting him what's your verdict he's had less than a week wit RKs squad!

but after two days he produced that stunning second half against Chelsea Joe

By that logic, every day more he gets we get worse :( :( :(

Feel sorry for Unsworth. Our squad is so unbalanced. We’ve got too many players and not enough top quality.

I normally feel as though there’s a solution within the squad to get us going but this season I just don’t think we can put out a great 11.

That’s all that makes sense to me. I can’t get over how poor his distribution has been.

No question Rooney is slower but he gave a peach of a pass to Lennon in the first half and picked out Niasse in the second half that a half decent
forward would have made something of.

Sadly, Rooney is still our best no.10
