2025/26 David Moyes

They wouldn’t swap a single player of ours for any in their whole squad by the way.
Maybe Pickford over Trafford as reserve keeper.

I was livid with our performance against West Ham and the RS but what was anyone expecting from the team today!?

Team of bottlers led by a complete bottler.

Got to admit your double standards don’t half make me laugh. When we crapped the bed against Bournemouth last season you didn’t once mention the manager as being at fault, it was all the rotting core players and some allusions to an ancient hex on the football club or something.

And nintety-nine ways to throw them away...

Oh come on mate dont you get tired of this monotonous existence the club has?

Surely it has to break at some point. I am even seeing trepidation about playing Spurs because of our record, it’s time to end it , play on their disadvantages which are many this season and win.

I am not having a go at you personally it’s just the same stuff all the time with us and it’s boring to watch play out constantly

Had it finished 0-0 or 1-1, you'd have a fair point. But we were 3-1 up with 10 left. We had an obligation to win from there.

Are you for real? Tonight was PRECISELY why people are negative. We blew a 3-1 lead with 10 minutes left. And you expect positivity and optimism?

The doomsters are the realists!

I get why people want a change. The manager has flaws and we still look a long way away from any success, but I do worry that we make the change in the summer and find ourselves in a very similar place next season.

If you read the posts in here, you would be convinced that Moyes is the only thing stopping us getting towards the top. I think people would be better served being realistic for where we are as a club right now with the players we have. 10th place is probably a fair enough reflection if that's where we finish.

Maybe ask Keane and tarks why they just let haaland run between them, or why no one wanted to close doku down? Or were they moyes tactics?
They don't pick themselves.

That said, I'm not saying tonight is all on Moyes. It's on Moyes and his players. Not up to it when push came to shove. Again.
