I know every team can look at ifs, buts & maybes but if we'd beaten 19th placed Burnley & 20th placed Wolves we'd be sitting on the same points as Liverpool.

Obviously it's very easy to blame Moyes for Everton not winning those games but you'd also have to give credit for Moyes getting us to 32 points after 22 games. He's totally turned the team around since taking over and he definitely has my support.

Newcastle didn't beat Wolves today. It happens in this league.

Lots of other teams will feel the same - right down to Leeds even can qualify for Europe the season with a strong run. So if we don't recruit then we'll definitely get left behind.

Having said that I am just continuously relieved to be nowhere near the drop for the first time in a long time

Virtually every team is inconsistent though. Its a marathon and all that, its almost february and we can still hold on for a proper interesting finish to the season. Chuffed
