A trophy, by definition, is an object (often a cup, plaque, or figurine) given as a prize or recognition for achievement.

Sorry, why are we talking about Moyes’ trophy haul? We had Carlo Ancelotti the most decorated manager in the game and we were still no closer to winning a trophy. We’ve only had 3 managers since WW2 that have won a trophy with us, why are we judging our managers on how many trophies they’ve won with other clubs.
