He signed him for big money!

Much of that is supposition and not fact. But Moyes has now lost all the confidence I had in him. He steadied the ship but we need a dynamic and progressive younger mind. The game has changed and Moyes has not.Bell and Downing bid, and another consortium put a bid in. Plus we had the guy from Palace. So Moshiri had options. No Moyes got rid of Thelwell, & effectively Purdy. TFG weren’t adverse to keeping Thelwell and wanted Purdy to stay. I think it’s pretty clear that Thelwell overall did a better job than Moyes has done in the recruitment of players.
Let’s be clear Kinnear and Hammond play no role in identifying suitable players! The two recruitment people who would (alongside Moyes) weren’t in place in the summer.
So the guy whose job title is head of recruitment, has no say in recruitment. Excellent stuff.
The head of a department doesn't perform every role in that department, that's what the other staff are for.So the guy whose job title is head of recruitment, has no say in recruitment. Excellent stuff.

Barry wasn’t big money in this day and age.He signed him for big money!
Football isn’t like running a factory! If the department is not performing who do you blame?
I have seen better CFs in semi pro football who back then we're on £80 - 100 per week - DM signed him ....Barry wasn’t big money in this day and age.
I thought you'd seen enough of my posts over time to know that not only do I reply to knocks and insults, but dish out a few along the way as well. Today, I thought it was hilarious how some people deflected from my simple point that once on the pitch a Manager loses control over the actions of their own players re the errors they commit on it. I experienced that enough when just managing a Sunday League team. If they can't grasp that, then they are one slice short of a loaf, basically...@Old Blue 2 forgive me chief, and I might be all over the show here, but it's a bit rich championing 'little fishies biting' when you're on a 6 consecutive reply run. This area is different from the other parts, it gets a lot more traffic and input from a much more diverse and less known element. Chill a bit?
I was trying to be a calming influence and cool out the negative atmos. My memory is not so shot yet that I've forgotten our previous chats. Tryin' to be up beat and a bit humorous. Chalk this up to yet another fail on my part.I thought you'd seen enough of my posts over time to know that not only do I reply to knocks and insults, but dish out a few along the way as well. Don't need to chill at all, meter maid...

Certainly hides his light under a bushel.I think you should up your posting rate 500%, your lack of self awareness is and always has been fascinating
The employee(s) within that department who aren't demonstrating capability in their role(s) I guess? If the department is not performing who do you blame?
