I came across this on my phone the other day.
David Moyes is the third highest paid manager in the Prem behind Guardiola and Arteta, and sixth highest In Europe! Simeone is top on 20 odd
thousand pounds.
Moyes is on 12400 and Slot is on 6600.
David Moyes earns an annual salary of £5 millionas Everton's manager, though some reports incorrectly state his total two-and-a-half-year contract is £12.5 million per season. I think it's ridiculous to have champions league aspirations or expectations with a bottom half budget. It's embarrassing and deluded and potentially extremely destructive because we will get rid of people doing a good job in the mistaken belief that a unicorn exists who will overcome several levels of football economics.
He sets up the team in a way which he thinks gives us the best chance of winning away at a big side. We have rarely had lightening pace on the counter attack which is how nearly all of the lower budget teams get there occasional wins away at the big 4.
Bang out of order that mate. This is a family friendly site. It's 2025, Costco parking lot is the new venue and it's just a short walk from there to Camelot @ the dock.
As you can see, little worms have ground level reading comprehension so he clearly thought I was going to reply to his "I don't have a 'kin clue so I'm going to go straight in with a lowest common denominator penis insinuation." jab.
Bye Kev, if you want to learn about this internet argy-bargy thing then stick around and I'll gladly lend your sorry a$$ a hand.*

ThanksYet another straw man argument as nobody is saying that. I get that you don't understand why people don't like or want Moyes but I don't get the need for the hyperbole to make your point. It's very davek
And they were our best seasons in recent memory. And I think that's a fair enough reading of what he does. My own take would be he prioritises not losing by the way he sets up, which greatly minimises the chances of a win. % football basically. And it's fine that it's his way, and it's fine if some fans like it but for me personally it's a chore and I'd like a different attitude, and my viewpoint is made even stronger by the fact that we have already had many many seasons of that approach
