Absolutely agree. The real test for me isn’t Moyes. The test for the new ownership group is who comes after. It has to be a real show of ambition, and someone who can take us to the next level. Hopefully they already know who it is, or at least a very short list.

Pretty much done with Moyes. He's steadied the ship and got us in a good spot. The constant little guys Everton rhetoric he spews in press conferences and his stubborn pragmatic approach against the "big 6" teams just reminds me of how refreshing it was when Martinez took over and actually took the game up to the likes of arsenal with tactical masterclasses of playing Lukaku on the wing.

Obviously there's a lot of issues at play here, spending 40m on a winger that can muster up more than a 10 minute cameo when the squad is crying out for attacking fullbacks.

Don't get me started on the striker scenario. Spending 50m combined on Beto and Barry then wages, when even at 150k a week dcl contract would've been cheaper in the long run. With the 90m spent we could've signed a gun striker and full backs

We were completely anonoymous in the middle off the pitch where Arsenal strolled round building attacks from all second half.

We needed an extra body in midfield and Stevie Wonder could see it.

3 at the back and 5 across the middle was required and he couldn't see it, just the usual like for like subs.
