2025/26 David Moyes

In fairness which managers that did, with an unexpected team, do you think would’ve done a better job for Everton between 2002 and 2013?? I won’t expect an answer.
Moyes did a brilliant job up to about 2010. He then hit a wall because of Kenwright's mismanagement and failure to provide him with the funds he needed. His chance to truly kick-on went. But his record at "Big Four" grounds then and "Sky Six" grounds since is nothing short of abysmal. An embarrassment. Plenty won at those grounds. The galling thing? Most were inferior managers to Moyes.

End of the month. Old Trafford. Time to break the habit of a lifetime.

If you’d of given Moyes Lukaku he definitely would’ve won something. We had Lukaku for 4 years and it was truly wasted, in fairness, Koeman did really well with him, but Lukaku should be seen as one of the biggest wasted talents we’ve seen. Not because he didn’t perform, but because of the managers he had.

Dyche didn’t gain a point or score a goal against Manchester United home or away in his spell here.

Moving Dewsbury-Hall deeper was what was needed. A midfield three should be the basis for future games, as we're not overrun as much as when we play two in there. The second half, Dewsbury-Hall played higher up and we attempted to press, we defended too high up the pitch, which allowed Fulham to find the gaps in front of our defence. But credit to Moyes today for his selections and motivating Barry to perform to a decent standard.

League is really tight at the moment. All ifs buts and maybes, but two wins against Villa and West Ham would've had us right in the mix at the top and we haven't really played that well.

Yep, everyone getting giddy about beating a poor Fulham side at home, but real improvement would be getting wins at grounds like Old Trafford, or turning home draws against the likes of Villa into wins.

Turned home defeats every season against Brighton into a win.

In fact Fulham beat us at home most seasons too so we’ve turned that into a win too.
