Largely agree. I'm not advocating sacking Moyes or anything, but he is doing a lot of the same wrong things Dyche did. Picks the same team and same tactics every match, can't change anything in the game aside for like for like subs which he usualy waits too long on. He relies on individual brilliance to score goals and there is no real patterns of play except get it to Grealish and Ndiaye and hope for the best.

He needs to take a step back and look at what he's been doing, and why that hasn't been working.

My worry is that getting a point at Sunderland who are doing well right now, will reinforce what he's been doing.
Posted this in the Sunderland match thread in November. Nothing changed, and nothing will change as long as he's in charge

There is only one way forward. Thanks for the period of stability David, enjoy your world cup punditry and retirement. Also either change the CEO or have serious words with him because giving inconsistent and not good enough players new contracts and talking about being happily dissatisfied when there was still a chance of qualifying for Europe is negative and defeatist and definitely not the way forward.

New Manager asap before the summer transfer window and let him build a winning team. Europe a definite aim for next season and even higher beyond.

Cannot let Moyes near another transfer window and despite the 18 months of stability, the last few months have shown that could be short lived and a return to relegation fears is a very real possibility.
