Maybe there’s a different video, but the one I’ve heard he doesn’t say “his form this last month has not been up to scratch.” So it’s maybe a transcription error.

The moment you highlighted he says “your team, your players need to be in form to attract the England manager to select you. We have to take a bit of the disappointment along with Jimmy himself that we’ve not been able to get him to the World Cup.”

It’s quite different in tone.

Check yourself, mate. He had his best season for us, was what i wrote. Doesn't mean he still isn't quite crap but give credit where credit's due. Trailed off on the tail end of the season but started as our first choice CB.

I'm just saying there was value in keeping him on board for this season. McNeil arguably not and we are clearly working to get rid, but even he showed he provides more value to the team than Dibling...!

The only time I'd use Keane is how we've used him this season. In an emergency. So we've been led to believe. We've got a perfectly good centre back playing right back and 2 right backs on the bench. Keane is one of the worst centre backs I've ever seen at our club and I've been supporting us for over 60 years and I've seen a few bad ones in my time, believe me.

Sadly I think I am trending more and more each week towards the Moyes-out brigade. He has no enthusiasm and is just a buzz-kill TBH.
