Dont think you can have it mate, players smell blood and the manager looses all his authority and the position becomes untenable, that's what happened to Dyche in my opinion.

Im a huge Moyes fan boy - id give him a new 3 year deal NEA, but unless he gets a new contract - i dont think you can keep him beyond the summer for the reason above.

Yea that seems to be a commonly held belief that seems right on the face of it, but it hasn't affected Bournemouth or Palace this year
