We've steadily got loads of players behind the ball and made ourselves one of those teams that can only get a result from behind a low block; and when we do break out it's only on the end of a hoof downfield from Pickford and picking up second balls. An absolute ratting way of playing the game.
It all comes from
Moyes conservatism. It's in his DNA. He cant do anything other than resort to safety, and that's because his primary concern is saving his own skin and not trying to push us on to something better style-wise.
This summer the owners need to show they're aware of this and not listen to Moyes' media fluffers who'll tell them they must be mad not to tie Moyes down with another contract.
