2025/26 David Moyes

It has everything to do with the manager he picks the team, the tactics

He could have gone for lpool he never

He didn’t need to bring charlie on or a rb who hasn’t played in weekd
You can blame a manager for how a team plays and the lack of game management, you absolutely can’t blame a manager for a 90+ minute goal being conceded. It’s 100% on the players, it’s all about concentration.

You know, I'm no fan of Moyes - but I am not even in blame mode tonight. I am just so shattered from us - yet again - blowing any bit of glory we can get from this bent sport. Collectively, we are unable to seize ANY moment. We need a purge.

I've seen enough of those TBH, we need an influx of genuine quality, first and foremost...and that goes for everywhere.

2 worldy finishes from outside the box, with a defensive howler sandwiched in between which result in a 3-3 draw with City; and you’ve somehow worked out that was Moyes fault.

Fair play mate, that’s some mental gymnastics you’ve performed.
You've just got to close those wins out. The second goal isn't great defending at all. The subs are bizarre. Ill take a point but weve got to hold on to 2 goal leads if we want to be a serious team dont we?

Once maybe, but 3 games in a row is for the manager to sort.

Alcaraz being not match sharp, which involves the concentration levels, you can attribute to the manager who hasn't played him in a while. Im aware he was injured for some of the time tho. Im not sure of the timeline here.

But sometimes you just have to put your hands up and say great goal

He's not to blame for the last minute goals, thats the mentality of the players. But he is responsible for the awful negative tactics of give City the ball and get everyone back, hoping we get a lucky break

City are a quality side but they are not invinsible. Nowhere did I see tactics that pointed to us trying to expose their weakness to score. It was yet more knife to a gunfight stuff. Tedious.

I want a manager who wants to play good positive football with the intent to win every game regardless of the opposition.
