Defensive tactical genius Dyche not even better in defence.

7 goals from open play in half a season..
Wouldn’t surprise me if that is the worst ever. They should take his coaching badges off him.
You mean it's the only way 'you'll' look at it... Certainly many more realistic ways of looking at it for normal folkThe only way to look at this is as follows:
Either Dyche or Moyes would have saved us from relegation this season. No question about that.
The upside to doing it with Dyche in charge would have been that we'd have made a clean break today with Dyche and be in the process of getting in the quality manager we need. Instead, we're now stuck with the ambitionless, expectation-managing Moyes for years.
Mind blowing to think that some believe that Dyche would gave kept us up
Moyes had us well safe by March, Dyche would have had us where Spurs finished and a lot closer points wise to Leicester by yesterdayThe only way to look at this is as follows:

Myself and others are simply sticking to our guns from first time around: that he's a limited manager who believes he's more beneficial to us than we are to him. That's arse about face and always has been.
We're a historically significant football club and he's, practically, a no mark manager.
Others may have liked him then called him Judas and now revere him. They'rethe goal post shifters.
He'd have had us safe later than Moyes. That's about it.Moyes had us well safe by March, Dyche would have had us where Spurs finished and a lot closer points wise to Leicester by yesterday
I am not certain we would have escaped under SD.The only way to look at this is as follows:

The season was getting worse rather than better, the players looked like they did not a have a clue what they were supposed to do and you got the feeling they expected to get beaten every game.
David Moyes introduced Beto and Jake O Brien into the team( both avilable to Sean Dyche but completely ignored, Beto on the point of being sold in January).
The change was immediate , it is clear the group of players were capable of much more than SD could get from them. At the time of his sacking I think he did admit he could not get anything more out of the players.
We are not immediately going to turn into a CL club and if DM sees his contract out and in that time if we have steady improvement and building of the squad then if we change manager then we should be far more attractive to a better manager, if DM exceeds all expectations then why not extend his contract ?
I know. Fair points too. Howver I was factoring all that in when saying Dyche would have had us safe.I am not certain we would have escaped under SD.

Don’t say it, don’t say it, don’t say it…
Conte will come and go Spurs style, Moyes builds a platform for the next decade if we get it rightSky Sport Italia claim Antonio Conte and Napoli have decided to part company, a decision that will be confirmed after a meeting on Tuesday.
I’d take Conte & thank Moyes for a job well done. Elite manager for an elite stadium.
