Wasn’t Branthwaite going to put in a transfer request until Moyes came? That was they said on one of the podcasts, at least. Supposedly he is now happy to stay and develop under a proven good coach.

We are already pretty stable in our rot…no need to stabilise any further..

You really think we're stable at the moment? We need 15 players contracts sorting through either renewing, getting rid or buying replacements. In my eyes we are anything but stable until the squad is sorted for next season, the big question is do you trust moyes to carry that out or do we employ someone else to do it. Sometimes even if you don't like the answer you just have to accept it that TFG are more likely to see Moyes as a safe pair of hands.
