Thats the team he's picked and thats that.

We're 6th in the some form since he's come in.

People wanting him legged for playing Doucoure and Harrison is absolute madness.

Not one blue could tell you where a win was coming from under Dyche but Moyes comes in and in 7 weeks makes the club safe.

Some Blues need to grow up, seriously.

Youre thinking is EXTREMELY short term.

"Grow up" is what you would say to a child -- children have a short term view.

Adults actually look beyond the immediate and can see the chances of those players the manager is playing staying is higher than the ones that arent being used.

Thats logic. Something which adults rather than children use.

If you want Moyes playing Harrison, Doucoure & Broja next season then youre probably going to be telling 99% of Evertonian adults to "grow up".

Has clearly no intention of signing alcaraz...plays doucoure knowing that he will be off in the summer. I don't get it.

Its Moyes.

They'll give Doucoure a new contract, they're probably just hoping to give him 90,000 a week instead of his current wage.

Precisely what I expect Moyes to do. Or else why play him over Alcaraz?

When big Doucs gets a hatrick today I bet none of you come in wearing a suit saying sorry.

Doucoure, Harrison and Broja could score 10 goals each today -- changes nothing.

You're going mute.

You're right, none of this changes the fact that none of them will be playing next season.

So for now, just watch the last few games and know that things will look better next season.

Why are they being used if they wont be at the club next season?

Why are they being used over players under contract?

Why are they being used over superior players?

Is he trolling the fanbase?

What explanation is there for this?

There are being used cos our manager, who has extensive football knowledge, thinks that they can win us football games.

There is very little to suggest they are playing over superior players.

You're going mute.

It's pointless...it's like trying to educating pork.

Such a superior attitude on display...you seem to worship Moyes.

A man only too happy to jump ship that has left Everton, United, Sociedad, Sunderland and West Ham with ageing squads when leaving and where most supporters of the other 4 clubs were happy to see the back of him.

Telling Evertonians to "grow up" because they dont want to waste their time and watch substandard players represent the club is really poor.

Do you seriously think he is playing those 3 because they are in his opinion the best chance of winning the game?

If thats the case then hopefully theres a clause in his deal where he can be sacked without compensation.

Yes Zat, I think Moyes is trying to win games, so he selects the players HE thinks can do that.

I wouldnt play the same 11, but what do I know? Very little in the grand scale, im just a fan.

Why else would he be playing them?

Just to wind you up?

I think the most optimistic opinion is that he is using these players to "prove" the squad is crap now its safe from relegation.

To point out to the board and owners he needs huge investment and that HE should be the one signing the players.

To show that Broja, Gana, Harrison and Doucoure are all (currently) going to be off in the summer and they need replacing with expensive starters.

Or that they need extensions to remain in the squad plus further money to bring in starters.

I dont believe for one second that it makes any logical sense to use Doucoure over Alcaraz or an on loan injury prone donkey in Broja over an Everton contracted player.

Harrison is just crap.
