Do you know what I like about him?

He doesn’t approach every game with one set tactic. He changes it depending on the opponents, the lineup may be the same but their approach is different.

Last week, tactically set up to nullify Brighton’s strengths. Worked like a charm, and away from home, won and got a clean sheet.

This week, at home, against a ‘poorer’ side, set up to get on the front foot and get at them early. Playing to our strikers strengths of balls in behind.

I give him no credit, he was highly paid and he made me dread going to Goodison.

What you can't really deny is that the change in manager has had a hugely positive reaction. In as little as 4 league games, he's managed to get us to a position where we look on the verge of safety. Moyes and TFG both deserve credit here.

Wasn't the change I wanted in all honesty as I thought it would fracture the fanbase, but it's probably had the opposite effect.

Everything feels just that bit more secure and steady.
