When most fans eventually want Moyes sacked, @davek will be programmed to defend him.
That an admission he’s a bot? When most fans eventually want Moyes sacked, @davek will be programmed to defend him.
You must be kidding. When most fans eventually want Moyes sacked, @davek will be programmed to defend him.
I'll get behind Everton. If Moyes is taking us down why would I get behind him if there's still a chance a Plan B could save us? That's just daft. Then we should ALL get behind the Everton manager.
I know I will Dave.
Can YOU say the same?
I’ll have one ready for you, just need to put it in the wash as mine are all soaked with urine atm.I remember when Moyes first came, he used to be out there on the pitch for the warm ups and getting involved in the drills. It was proper hands on stuff, I loved it. It stopped towards the end and I doubt he did it at West Ham, but it’d be great if he did it again with this lot just to show them that he means business and he’s always trying to improve them.
On a wider note, he gave me the best years of watching Everton since the 87 team, it was grim before and after him (barring one season under Bobby, cup win under Joe and half a season under Carlo). I’m not over the moon ecstatic but we are where we are, and I reckon he’ll do a very good job for us again. I totally understand why some don’t want him, but it’s not his fault we’re in this position and having to bring him back.
It probably would have been better to hire him instead of Carlo in hindsight as it wouldn’t have led to being desperate for Benitez>Lampard>Dyche. We could have been 3 years down the road and in a place where TFG could make that world class appointment.
In short, Moyes has got my backing until we’re 3-0 down at HT against Villa. Then I’ll be painting on bedsheets with @windymiller and @Bedfordblue et al![]()

I support EVERY single Everton manager. Can you say the same?
But if you feel happy deflecting from your disloyalty by making my loyalty look like a wind up, be my guest...
Why exactly is Moyes a firefighter appointment?
That epitaph I always feel is aimed at those managers who come in as they are known to be able to scrape over 39/40 points just about every season.
Moyes has never been a firefighter - in his career the past 23 seasons his record at the two clubs he spent longest at was coming in - keeping them up and then pushing the team on, look at the state of west ham pre Moyes and now.
Went from a yo yo club to one who now regularly qualifies for Europe and win a European trophy.
Appointing Moyes if anything is a move away from the one year keep us up mentality we had with Allardyce and Dyche - you appoint Moyes if you want to try to progress to a certain point as a team imo.
New Everton. He's got more important things to do thant the usual "I'm so happy to be here" bollocks.Surprised there's been no interview or anything by now.
What a load of cobblers.I'll get behind Everton. If Moyes is taking us down why would I get behind him if there's still a chance a Plan B could save us? That's just daft.
He will.I hope, hope and really hope that DM makes us better.
Please!!!

There's plenty of time to do interviews, but hopefully he's sorting the squad out and working with thelwell to get the players we need.
Aaaw, are you missing your bestie Dyche? You must be kidding.
I backed Moyes to the hilt until he started slagging fans off over the treatment of Kenwright. Then he compounded it with his remarks at United.
He shall remain an enemy of this club in my eyes until he's retired and out the way.
