Last summer TFG gave De Rossi a 3 year contract to manage Roma.

Four games later............ He gone.

Replacement manager got about a dozen games before he was given his marching orders.

Ranieri is in currently as a stop gap. He will be replaced in the summer.
The difference is Ranieri’s contract expires in the summer. Moyes’ contract is widely reported to be 2.5 years, we’d waste a big chunk of any transfer budget we do have on making an unnecessary change.

Without a big squad overhaul, we’re going nowhere whoever the manager is anyway and we need every penny to go towards that.

De Rossi's contract was longer, still didn't matter to them.

Moyes was not there number one target.

He might not have been (and he wasn’t my first choice) but I don’t see any reason why they’d consider changing him, he’s doing a great job with a very limited squad which has had their whole first choice attack out for chunks of the season since he’s been here.

It's crazy, we have some fans demanding he experiment and the games don't matter now we safe.

And others fans saying he needs results cos his job is in danger.

Just mental.

Most of you deserve Dyche you know.

With the trigger happy owners we have he needs to get the results.

Preseason can be when he experiments.

If he is still in the job.

Can we not just have a few month without a crisis, sacking or panic. We're safe, our season is about where in mid table we can finish. We still need to resolve our backroom appointments and deal with an important summer. Picking up draws when we're all but guaranteed safety shouldnt be a reason for worry.

What we as a fanbase have endured these past few seasons doesnt matter to TFG.

They will do as they please and believe.
I certainly felt an alarming rise in similar mindset amongst the fans. 3 weeks away from this forum and the expectation went through the roof.
