What’s the point though if he gets a three match ban or something? It does us more harm than good. We need to protect through the proper channels. Maybe have the club issue an official statement, etc.
Because the damage of being the willing victim will hurt us far more and far longer than a three-match ban.

We will continue to be victims of miscarriages of justice for as long as we bend over and take it with stoic indifference.

THIS is why VAR show only one camera angle to the referee. They know: Everton will not complain.

That’s what I’m saying though - the club should make an official complaint.

We aided the PL as well in it without objections at first, did we not? In that way, Moyes is a perfect fit

I'd say we shouldn't be in the Europe contention just yet (or definitely not this season) and he's right to be cautious, but there is still that lingering "knife to a gunfight" mentality that he has had his entire career. Maybe he'll get rid of it with more backing and with the relatively fresh start next season?
Yes, this is it. When I say "we want Europe and Cups", I am taking about what we aspire to in the future. I am convinced that Moyes will always hit his head on a ceiling he installs himself. The kinife to gunfight mentality defines his career. That doesn't mean he can't do a good job for us for 18 months. But he's never the future. And it's only because we have been at an all-time low over the last number of years that he is being heralded as the past, present, and future.

Let him get on with it next season, rebuild the club, set up structures. And use the time he earns us to plan his succession.

He seemed quite happy with the point.
Exactly. He’s also the manager, not someone in the stands or online in a messageboard. He has to be measured and wise. Tip your cap to the opponent. Praise and discipline your club without verbally accosting them. He can’t react like us. Live in the middle. Have a short memory. Celebrate success. Study losses. Keep mistakes to a minimum and continue to improve.

Moyes IS the face of the club.

Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho, Conte, Klopp, Guardiola, would all have been incandescent. Even the dignified Don would have made his point with eyebrow raised. Davey missed his moment.

I doubt he is. However if I was him I would probably be thinking that I don't want to finish too high because it might set expectations too high for the next season and anything under will put him under pressure.

I guess in the context of this seasons aims a point is a good point but the amount of luck Man Utd get when we play them is really ridiculous. They often play terrible against us but always come away with something and more often than not 3 points. Palace probably feel that way about us.
🤣
Moyes MO in a nutshell.

Moyes is handling things like a mature and senior manager. The antics of Pep and Mikel, in my opinion, are immature and a smear to the sport. Be a professional with some self-respect. That’s David Moyes. He can still file a complaint, just not like a sore loser on camera. Mad respect for him.

Under Dyche we'd have been delighted with a draw against Man U Under Moyes we are disappointed. That's the difference
When we can move from being delighted with a draw against United having been two goals up to being disappointed with it, then the club will really be different - in the best possible way.
