That's the big worry. Has anything really changed with Moyes?

Overall, great job to date...but his approach has a shelf-life at clubs that aspire to winning things. We're not there yet, of course, but a leopard doesn't change his spots.

I'm delighted about where we are now - and that's down to Moyes - but today shows you that old habits die hard. Let him stabilise us for a season, but we need to recruit well - manager-wise - next year.

I think he has limitations but even with his limitations we should finish around midtable next season which would be good enough progression.

These players have form for being unable to keep their heads in a situation like that so I’m just happy it wasn’t worse. Wouldn’t say it’s on Moyes

Poor approach second half. Went in at HT with a spring in their step and United flat, came out and let United find their way into the game. Should have made the subs before their first as you could see them getting back into it.
We played 3 games last week so I think he was looking at fitness. We would have seen it out had we not given those free kicks away. You cannot give Bruno Fernandes opportunities. He is the one good player they have

knee jerk after a draw?
Is it though? I see where his thinking is. We are rebuilding and have to get it right. I love what Moyes has done, but we are approaching this huge crossroad in our history, the chance that could make us successful again.

When you think about the nu.ber of injuries we are carrying it's a wonder we are getting results we needed to make a few subs that second half looked very leggy
Yeah, as critical as I am about his approach at times, his results have been outstanding overall in straitened circumstances. This needs to be acknowledged.

In the medium-term, those circumstances will change (as they did for Dyche) and then there will be different demands on the manager. But hats off to him for what he's done since he came in. We have to be very happy overall.

I'm not sure it's as simple as that. If they don't get that soft original free kick and don't score a free kick then they don't even look like scoring and it maybe ends 3 or 4 nil

To be fair, we dont have enough healthy players to put out anything resembling a lineup we want. Getting a tune out of the cheapeast starting squad in the league(based on Net Spend) is one thing. Getting a tune out of the backups is another. Hes done a great job with that, and considering we are 12th on the table I think thats all we can ask for this season.

After a big summer then we can really judge how he might do long term, though I think he honestly doesnt want to do more than 2.5 years.
