Spoke well, spoke sense, used “us” and “we” and understands what it takes to get Goodison onside which is going to be pivotal. Night and day difference between the last bluffer who was in personal survival mode, threw players under the bus and had no idea in how to get the fans behind him and who clearly couldn’t care less either.
Great to see him challenge the players without digging them out as well, after being completely against this appointment I have come round, he has a fire in him still and he wants to succeed which can only be good for the club.
