Doubt he will.
They will lose their best players, drop down the the league for a season or two then he’ll get them back up to 6th or 7th, rinse and repeat, same as he did here.
All while winning nowt and cultivating an underdog / over achievers mentality that will affect them for years after he’s gone.
And history will show that he was one of West Ham’s best managers in modern times

feel like they spend £100m+ every season. The running track must give them lots of FFP room...
They've been given a free ground by the taxpayer, and after the first £2.5 million, Newham Council has to pay all of their stewarding costs. It gives them a massive advantage, thanks to Boris Johnson's ineptitude when he was London Mayor.

No wonder the details of that deal are not for public consumption. West Ham went to Court to keep them confidential.

Pretty sure that information is in the public domain.

It's gone up to £3 million looking at this.

PL spending is outrageous this summer….oh but remember those few windows ages ago Everton spent some money trying to be successful after a decade of barely spending anything, yeah let’s just keep mentioning that all the time and ignore United Arsenal Villa West Ham Chelsea wasting money left right and centre year after year

Certainly the base figures are discoverable but WHU went to a lot of trouble, including legal action, to stop the publication of correspondence, emails etc regarding negotiations from being made public.
Councils have to make all of their accounts public so if you want to find out how much Newham Council has paid out for stewarding you can.

Rereading the article it looks like the £2.5 (now £3) million is annual rent. I'm guessing they contribute to stewarding as well, but not enough judging by the comments from the LLDC
