Certainly the base figures are discoverable but WHU went to a lot of trouble, including legal action, to stop the publication of correspondence, emails etc regarding negotiations from being made public.

Rereading the article it looks like the £2.5 (now £3) million is annual rent. I'm guessing they contribute to stewarding as well, but not enough judging by the comments from the LLDCPretty sure that information is in the public domain.
