David Moyes Interview in the Echo

We have had two huge wins, but inbetween that was a draw against wigan, we the telltale Moyes mistakes in it. I've no problem with him being positive in his interview, and agree with you that critism of that is silly, but I'm still waiting to see if we have actually turned the corner.

Wigan's are hard place to go, especially in that weather. We did enough on the day, don't forget the goal we conceded was one in a million.

By earlier in the season do you mean before Chelsea?

Have no idea mate, i'm just making up rubbish to try and be like damon.

You think he'd be able to get us doing a bit better before January every year don't you.

Same players against Wigan as against City and Chelsea.

You telling me that Moyes tells them to play like muppets 1 week and like Gods the next??

Thats how the blame should go bro.

Did i mention Wigan? Nope.

Come on Goat, by showing what he has achieved and how good he can be surely it makes it even more frustrating and unexplainable why we still suffer from many of the same problems we have for several seasons.

Poor starts and poor performances against teams lower in the league than us. If he's as good as you claim then surely he'd be able to do soemthing about those 2 problems. And as the manager he takes ultimate blame if he takes the accolades.

I agree, ask Moyes tho, im fairly sure he hasnt a clue why we are Wigan before January and City after that.

Im not trying to shift blame, as you say, with praise must come blame, but in 3 weeks, the base of the team has been the same, we played like total sh1t Wigan and we played superbly against City and Chelsea.

Baffles the heck out of me, as im sure it does Moyes.

So when he does interviews saying 'we don't have money, we can't compete' everyone makes a dig at him for being too negative. When he comes out with a positive interview everyone's still not happy. Would you rather he'd have said 'we still don't have any money, and we were awful against wigan we're not gonna do anything with this season', I'm sure that would've caused a similar reaction to this interview fror most of you.

We've had 2 huge wins and made some signings, things have now picked up and it's affected the whole squad in a good way. Things are looking up, it's annoying that we're **** in the first part of the season, but we're clearly not a good enough squad to be consistent for a full season. We've now got a cup run going and can push for Europa again, people need to cheer up!

Its easy to sing praise when your winning, harder to do when youre playing gash when you need to find positives.

Dont forget ladies and gents...we are playing well on the back of 3-4 LOANS.

The cracks are well and truely papered over.

We also dont know how our £5million striker is gonna work out

1st time he ,has had a smile on his face around finch farm all season am told , the training ground is buzzing again .fuk knows what it will be like when we start playing a bit of footy to go with the results aswell
