We knew absolutely nothing about the lad, he could have been a donkey or the next Pele.

It shows how ridiculously our club operates though. Bring the lad over here, introduce him to everyone and let him train at Finch Farm, takes weeks offering him a contract, let him wait and wait and wait without offering him any assurances and then lose him on TDD because we took the P. Shambolic deal-making really.

Good luck to the lad, hope he enjoyed his holiday.

Wouldn't be too quick to jump to conclusions

He may have been awful in training - if he looked a real prospect we would have been more forceful in getting the deal done.

Was he on some type of school holiday with us lol Know Everton mess a lot of transfers up, but to have some player all summer and not sign him is just stupid,not that i heard of him or seen him ever play,not that i care one bit about not signing him.

i posted i while back but couldnt go in to detail, when he came over efc were told he was a free agent but that changed anderlecht wanted a fee prices for him are near enough right. But also spoke to a couple of our under21 lads who trained with him regular and they didnt rate him .
