To answer the question, Moyes is by far the better manager as Silva is one of the worst I have seen, but as a choice it's pretty horrific. It's likely happening, we appointed fat Sam, so going back to Moyes is easy by comparison

Have to disagree. It was a bad call, no doubt, but at least in that instance the board were pursuing potential.

What the hell is Moyes, or Hughes? They have neither a history of success nor potential. They have outmoded ideas and styles. And I hate the idea that because the board have made bad calls on appointing managers with potential, that we need to go with the 'tried and tested' method. As much of a long shot that it is, you have to hope that your appointment may one day get you to the top and have you winning things. That will NEVER happen with Moyes, and christ knows he had 11 years to get us there previously.

It would be beyond embarrassing for Everton to reappoint Moyes.
