They are journeymen in the wider sense due to the fact that they would be nothing but squad players in any of the so called big clubs. I admire, if that's the right word, the solid, honest effort every game from Nais, but he is way below the class of footballer we should and aspiring to, and I'd ask you to be honest with yourself, are either of them remotely good enough to anything other than benchwarmers at best for Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Manure, the RS, or even Spurs and the answer is no.
And the same question could and maybe needs to asked of some of our other aging, slowing down, injury prone senior players. Hibbo and Ossie have both been good servants of our club, but they are both well beyond their best, as is Pienaar.

Yup, every pass was simple, or sideways. Game wasn't opened up because of him, and offered nothing different.
Because of how bad the game was people are looking to jump on a positive, his game was just average.
....really? Besic was busy and playing ok but the balance was so much better when MCCarthy took his usual role and Gibson the Barry position.

Most of his passes were forward with pace, he directly put a few players in with balls over the top what we messed up
....really incisive passing I thought. We started getting behind them when Gibson came on.

Disagree mate, we adapted to his qualities when he came on. Players were making runs based on his long range abilities. With McCarthy and Besic everything was in front of Leicester, contributing to that dire first half.
It must be Besic OR McCarthy from now on imo
Most of his passes were forwards to a play that was right infront of him, or to a player at his side. None of the passes were defence splitting or particularly useful they were just... passes.
Have to disagree, the game was stretched already which made it easier for people to find space, that was more to do with the pace of Lennon and atsu than it was Gibson.
Besic could have done the same, probably better with how open the game was.
