I agree with you, I reckon he could be out the door.

He's not injured, he's just 4th or 5th choice now.
Seems very strange to me that IF he was fully fit, as the manager stated, that he wasn't even in the squad.
Think we will see developments on this very soon.

Was thinking it was odd that Gibson wasn't even in the squad. Shame if he does go, good player but injuries just keep him down. Goal against Manchester City that cold January night at Goodison will be something I won't forget. Limbs!

He's fit, he played pre season and tye nana get has given an interview since Sat were he talks about new signings and specifically mentions important first team players coming back from injury dictating his next moves, Oviedo and Kone, no mention of Gibson.

He's 4th, possibly even 5th choice IMO.

Roberto said in an interview that it will be september before he is ready for premiership football. He has just come back from a season out injured.

How much could we get for him, around 5m? Hardly worth selling, is it? What's 5m get you nowadays... a third of one Jordan Rhodes.

Got a feeling he might leave this week, regardless of it being to QPR or not,

Looking at our squad depth, he's probably the most expendable player who would command a decent fee. Can't imagine anyone paying upwards of £6m for him though, and I wouldn't sell for any less than £8m as there would be no point.

In terms of others who could leave depth wise, its probably only one of either Duffy or Alcaraz who we could afford not to have in the squad, and neither would bring a worthwhile fee.
