He's a great player Gibson. Is suited to Roberto's playing style too. Remember him looking very good last pre-season next to fellaini who looked Awfull in Roberto's set up.

Would of been more gutted to lose gibbo than fellaini.

Hope he stays fit for long periods this season.

Roberto says absolutely nothing like that in the interview btw. Sky Sports had to find a way of justifying adding the story to their transfer feed so put that little bit in themselves.

may just be we didn't need two centre mids on the bench when we only play two i suppose. they had osman for if the very worst happened

Fair point, bit of a pity we didn't see Besic tbh since Barry started to fade towards the end and was lucky to not get a red.

Just nervous about Gibson with his injury history, really want him to well this season.
