Darron Gibson... Drink Driving Again

And Gibson is on £2k a day, and Dosent slip a taxi firm £50 for a couple of drop offs ?
That's were the sympathy goes right out the window for me.
Actually, when I say 'for me', I'd really be staying in my boss home having a drink most nights and I wouldn't get bored in the slightest, but I'm not a failed Ex Man united player with issues about not making it proper big time even though I'm always told how classy a player I was.
This. Same as ant of off ant and Dec. 60 million in the bank and gets in the car drunk. Stupid.

Me too.

In fact its what I actually do.

Thing is, Dazzas amdd Rodders cash will stop, overnight, pretty soon. Both will have a decent bank balance, one would think, but retired, at their ages? Wouldnt want that myself.
Oh, I do the same each night myself, have a good drink. I know it's too much etc, I also know that if I didn't drink tomorrow though, it wouldn't be an issue.
I would guess, and it's only a guess, that Rodders will have invested very well, having been at City etc.
Gibson ? No idea.

Ant must know press are following him relentlessly though. Everyday in the papers pictured even just walking his dog, waiting for him to have a wobbler or snap.
Gibson won't be followed etc, as he's now a bit of a no mark.

Injured.

Same injury as he did last year. Will be impressed if he plays again.

You cant buy a break (sic) can you? I followed Bristol City from Div1 to Div 4 many years ago. Successive relegations. Rock bottom of Div 4, the manager, Terry Cooper, just lobbed the kids in. (Mate of mine was one, aged 16). Sneaked a first point of the season at Wigan iirc, and bingo, changed the atmosphere around the place. Think they got 2 promotions and a few Freight Rover Wembley finals not soon after.

Different days, granted, but what have you got to lose?

Are you my multi, or vica versa? That is me posting that exact same thing.

It's strange at the moment. I go to ever home game and will renew next season. I was 15 last time we went to division 3 and was gutted. We were 2-0 v Barnsley and lost 3-2 which put us into the playoffs and I sat down in the roker end and cried. Sunderland has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

On the day my dad died we played away at man city and we listed to the match while he was passing away. It's what we did. He was buried with his Sunderland scarf and his flowers etc were all red and white.

I have 3 kids of which 2 go to matches and we are for better or worse sunderland.

Yet, i hardly care anymore i have seen 15, 19 and 23 point season, relegation after relegation. Other teams fans take the mick and I just shrugg. We are so bad. I go out of loyalty to the team. We are going down and hopefully one day we will be back, who knows when, mind.

Godspeed mate.

(In GOT "joke" that)

What attendance will you get next season ?
That ground will look ridiculous.
Instantly the away side will fancy it.

I meant I could have posted the exact same thing!
I'm joking mate, my multi is long known.

I'm sure many lids are the same, have a beer after work etc, thing is we're not millionaires.
I'd love to start a thread later having won the euro millions, about how I'm spending the money like.
A poll.. I've had 4 bottles of champers and done a few stripes off a models tits.. Reckon I should get in the motor or call a Joey ?

I reckon we will still get about 20k to start with. To be honest with 2 home wins in about 2 years, I reckon most teams will fancy it anyway
I live on the south coast, and Pompey still get a crowd that's decent.
And they have actually won a cup more recently than Everton ffs.
20k is a lot.. Still.
