We look like a team that is on its way down alright. Teams that have dropped have had similiar traits to us. A utterly crap defense. A lack of a game plan. And no forward to score enough goals. Time and time again i say i would never have dcl up front. What good is rooney in number 10 if dcl will never score enough goals to keeps us up. Keep rooney up top with sygi number 10 until jan. Rooney will knock in 4/5 goals which might get us some points.

Need to try something different. Maybe stick mirallas upfront, with vlasic behind with lookman and lennon out wide. Fill the rest of the squad with the best defensive minded players we have and just have the attackers use thier pace on the break.

Who ever was to blame for leaving us with this unbalanced squad needs sacking if they haven't already been, we needed a couple of forwards even last season as it was just ROM and nothing else, Koeman said two weeks before the season we needed at least one forward, a centre back, and a defender, but either the board didn't back him, can't see that as they bought siggy so it wasn't the money , Walsh not offering anybody, or Koeman just being a stubborn over not getting his way over targets.
Right now we need to fight not to get beat. First and foremost.
